Future of Work – Changes in Workplaces and New Skills Requirements of the Labour Force and its Education

From July 18th to 19th, 2019, at the CHRDRI premises is conducted a two-day seminar on Future of Work – Changes in Workplaces and New Skills Requirements of the Labour Force and its Education. The participants included in the training are representatives from trade unions and municipalities, workers from the Employment Agency from all over the country. During the seminar participants will receive up-to-date information about the labour market development forecasts, demographic challenges and processes, including mobility and migration processes of the population, information about professions of the future and required skills of the individual.

The lecturer of the training is Mrs. Elka Dimitrova, Ph. D. in economics, representative of the Republic of Bulgaria in the Employment Committee of the European Commission, director of Labour Market Policy and Labour Mobility Directorate in MLSP, part-time lecturer in the University of National and World Economy.

The training is financed by Integrated Trainings for the Administration of Labour Market and Social Sphere Project BG05M9OP001-3.015 funded under HRD OP 2014-2020. Successfully completed participants will be awarded a certificate of participation according to a model established for the project.
