BUILDING PRACTICAL SKILLS IN THE PREPARATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CONTROL AND MONITORING OF THE PROVISION OF SOCIAL SERVICES

On July 10-11 this year, CHRDRI hosted a specially designed training for building practical skills in excercising control and monitoring in the provision of social services. It was designed as a practicum targeting inspectors from the Agency for Quality of Social Services. The training shall contribute to building practical skills in the use of methods for annual monitoring of the social services efficiency on a national level, building teamwork skills when preparing and excercising control in the provision of social services and building skills for interaction and coordination of the actions of the the persons responsible for this process.

The Center has invited Ms Diana Petrova, Director of Control, Monitoring and Licensing of Social Services Directorate at the Agency to give this lecture.

This is the second group of inspectors attending the specially designed training upon the addional request on the side of the Agency for Quality of Social Services. The participants will receive a certificate for completing the training issued by the Center.
