Applying Coaching Method when Working with Clients Looking for Support from the Institutions on the Labor

The first distance learning training for the year, funded financed by project BG05M9OP001-3.015 Integrated trainings for the administration on labor market and social sphere, takes place on the distance learning platform of the CHRDRI in the period April 22nd -  May 13th , 2019.

The training is on Applying Coaching Method when Working with Clients Looking for Support from the Institutions on the Labor market and includes 20 participants. The focus is on the key role the coaching method has for the success of intermediary work with jobseekers. Firstly, the essence and peculiarities of this method are considered. The tutor introduces to the learners the stages of the coaching process from the acquaintance, solving controversial issues, formulating goals and to negotiating.

Different methods of learning and knowledge are used throughout the seminar. A major role is given to the traditional presentation method, which is applied in a virtual environment for the purposes of self-preparation. The clarification of practical questions will be achieved by working on specific cases, solving practical tasks, discussions and exchanging experience and good practices in the learning forum and the virtual cafe.

The training uses the methodological papers of the CHRDRI for applying the coaching method.

The lecturer of the seminar is Mrs. Sonia Kamenovska - a long-time employee of the Employment Agency, a psychologist, a tutor on the distance learning platform and a licensed adult trainer.

The training is financed by Integrated Trainings for the Administration of Labour Market and Social Sphere Project BG05M9OP001-3.015 funded under HRD OP 2014-2020. Successfully completed participants will be awarded a certificate of participation according to a model established for the project.
