Human Resources Management in the State Administration

On 16 and 17 July 2015 was conducted training on "Law Enforcement Related to the Human Resources Management in Public Administration". It was attended by experts from the human resources units in the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, Agency for Persons with Disabilities, National Employment Agency, the Social Assistance Agency, EA "GLI", Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, National Institute of Statistics, and "Archives" Agency.

During the two days of the seminar the participants increased their knowledge on human resources management in public administration, discussed the problems encountered in the implementation of the updated regulations, ,received guidance in order to overcome them and shared best practices in human resources management.

Lecturer of the training was Mrs. Vanya Novakova - expert from the "Modernization of administration" Directorate in the administration of the Council of Ministers, project manager of HR management projects, such as "Improving policy of HR management in public administration" and "Development of the system for planning and mobility in public administration."

Successful graduates will receive certifiacates.
