Building an Effective E-governance and Improving the Quality of Administrative Services
From now on until July 21 will be held a seminar on "Good Practices and Innovations in Implementation of E-Government Principles in Central Administration". Part in the two days training will take employees on managerial and expert positions from MLSP, EA, SAA, EA "GLI" APD, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finance, NSI, and State "Archives" Agency.
During the seminar, participants will update their knowledge on basic legal documents and amendments relating to electronic governance (e-governance Act, Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Signature, Administrative Code, and others.) They will become familiar with the System for unified exchange of electronic documents, Administrative Information System for integrated administrative services, and the principles of their functioning. The participants will build on their knowledge of the applicable regulations governing the provision of e-Government services and will acquire knowledge of the best European practices in implementation of e-governance.
Lecturer of the training is Ms. Tsvetanka Kirilova, head of "Interoperability and Information Security" Department, "E-governance" Directorate in the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications (MTITC). She holds a master degree in engineering and has been a senior expert in "Information Security" Department in the Ministry of Education and Science - Regional Inspectorate of Education. She is also author of a textbook on "Information Technology". Tsvetanka Kirilova is a specialist in Master of MicroSoft Office and construction of e-government services.
Successful graduates will receive certificates.
