Qualification Programme for Induction Training for Newly Appointed Directors from Employment Agency "Good Management"

The training is designed for newly appointed senior management staff of “Labour office” directorates of the Employment Agency and aims to promote the professional development of newly appointed senior management staff of “Labour office” directorates by raising their competence and upgrading specific knowledge and skills. The training will help updating participants knowledge on current legislation in employment and raising awareness about the role of leader in implementing effective forms of communication. It will be held in distance learning form via the distance learning platform of CHRDRI. Each participant will have the opportunity to determine their own training plan, depending on the input level of competencies, skills to organize their time and participating in a virtual group of professionals in a given area to exchange experiences with them. After successful completion of the training, participants will receive certificates of vocational qualification in the profession in accordance with Ordinance № 4 / 16.04.2003 of the MES.
