Effective team communication. Crisis and conflicts management on the workplace

Today was launched seminar on "Effective team communication. Crises and conflicts management at the workplace". It took place in the town of Smolyan and included staff on management and expert positions from the Regional Employment Service Directorate - Plovdiv.

The programme starts with defining the concepts of conflict and crisis, identifying their nature and signs. Participants will be provided with ways and approaches to address conflicts by explaining reasons, motives, and goals of conflict situations. The focus of the training is on clarifying strategies of personal behavior in conflict situations. Various negotiating tools and effective ways to organize them are presented. In this context, the role of interpersonal communication for managing conflicts and crises, peculiarities of speech and non-communication in resolving such situations, as well as what communication barriers and typical mistakes are made in business contacts will be considered.

Lecturer of the training is Prof. Ph.D. Stoyko Ivanov, lecturer in pedagogical psychology at Sofia University St. Kl. Ohridski ", Shumen University "Bishop K. Preslavski","Angel Kanchev" University of Rousse, and a long time lecturer at CHRDRI.
