AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS OF THE NORMATIVE ACTS REGULATING THE GRANTING OF FAMILY BENEFITS FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE FAMILY BENEFITS FOR CHILDREN ACT AND THE REGULATION FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

CHRDRI continues its active work on organizing and conducting seminars on the distance learning platform (DLP) of the Center, observing the requirements and measures to limit the spread of COVID 19 in the country.

On April 29, 2020, a distance learning course on Amendments and Additions of the Normative Acts Regulating the Granting of Family Benefits for Children under the Family Benefits for Children Act and the Regulation for its Implementation was started. The seminar aims to increase the knowledge of the participants about the amendments to the legislation in the field of family support under the Family Benefits for Children Act and the Regulation for its implementation. The attendances are 20 social workers from the Social Protection Departments of the Social Assistance Agency. The lecturer is Ms. Zoya Popova, Chief Expert in the Department of Social and Family Assistance at the Social Assistance Agency. Although the training is conducted on DLP, it will be practically oriented, like more of CHRDRI’s seminars conducted so far. The platform offers discussions on topic to the participants to actively participate and share experiences and good practices.

The training is financed by Integrated Trainings for the Administration of Labour Market and Social Sphere Project BG05M9OP001-3.015 funded under HRD OP 2014-2020. Successfully completed participants will be awarded a certificate of participation according to a model established for the project.
