Do we know how to communicate in the workplace?

Officials and experts from the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy (MLSP) and representatives of central and local administrations took part in a training on "Business skills to conduct meetings and negotiations. Presentation skills. Image and success" that was launched on 29 April 2015 and organized by the Center for Human Resource Development and Regional Initiatives (CHRDRI). 
Business communication in the workplace is an integral part of everyday life for employees and a key factor for optimizing the results of collaboration and relationships in the administrative structures, on the one hand, and a prerequisite for good presentation of information and efficiency in conducting business meetings and negotiations, on the other hand.
For this purpose well-designed strategies and models were used and methods and techniques for their application absorbed. In this regard, CHRDRI provides participants an opportunity to get acquainted with the peculiarities of communication and improve their communication skills that could contribute to improving their teamwork and work with clients and partners.
During the seminar will be clarified the relation between business communication and administrative culture of the staff; will be shown techniques and practices for building a professional image through various modes of communication; will be organized practical simulations and role plays; and will be solved case studies and tests.
The training program content is presented by the long term CHRDRI lecturer and professor of educational psychology at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridsky" Stoyko Ivanov, PhD.
All the participants will be issued certificates.
