The course is part of the "National Employment Action Plan" and is aimed at unemployed individuals registered at employment offices.

The course curriculum is designed to provide participants with key knowledge and skills in civic and social culture, which is fundamental for successful integration into modern society. During the training, participants will learn important topics and practical skills that will help them feel more confident and prepared in both their personal lives and professional careers.

Over the next five days, participants will focus on the following key aspects:

  • Civic and Social Culture: In this module, participants will learn the basics of civic culture, from understanding the rights and responsibilities of every citizen to navigating complex social and public processes. This knowledge will prepare them for an active role in society and give them the confidence to engage in current issues and causes.

  • Social Skills and Effective Communication: One of the key components of the course is the development of social skills that are valuable not only in the workplace but also in everyday life. Participants will learn how to communicate effectively, work in teams, and resolve conflicts. They will receive advice on how to actively listen, better understand others' needs, and express themselves in a way that creates a positive impact.

  • Preparation for the Labor Market: This module is especially important for those looking for a job or wishing to change their career path. Participants will receive practical guidance and tools for creating a professional CV, writing a cover letter, and preparing for job interviews. They will learn presentation techniques to stand out among other candidates and impress potential employers.

In today’s dynamic and often competitive labor market, employers are looking for people who not only possess professional skills but can also communicate effectively, work in teams, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
