INVITATION FOR MARKET CONSULTATION WITH THE SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS WITH INDICATIVE PRICES TO DETERMINE THE ESTIMATED VALUE OF A PUBLIC PROCUREMENT

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Article 44, paragraph 1, in connection with Article 21, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), and in connection with the announcement of a procedure for awarding a public procurement with the subject "Development and Implementation of a Virtual Platform for E-learning for Adults," and given the need to calculate the estimated value of the procurement, the Center for Human Resource Development and Regional Initiatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy invites all interested parties to submit indicative price proposals for determining the estimated value of the procurement.
