Legislative Changes in Relation to the Implementation of the Law Enforcement Directive on Posted Workers

Between 10 and 11 November 2016, CHRDRI - Sofia will host a seminar on "Legislative changes relating to the implementation of the law enforcement Directive on posted workers". Lecturer of the training will be Ms. Galya Kabadzhova - Chief Inspector in "International labour migration" Directorate of Executive Agency "General Labour Inspectorate". The purpose of the training is to improve the knowledge of the employees of EA "GLI" on the requirements of EU legislation on posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, to improve the skills to perform even more effective control activities of participants and to broaden their knowledge in connection with cross-border exchange of information through the Information System for the domestic market. Participants will become familiar with the basic concepts illustrated through presentations and supported by practical examples. Successful graduates will receive certificates.
