A Meeting with Representatives of the Human Resources Units in the State Administration

On December 19, 2019 in the Hall 1 of the MLSP was held the annual meeting with representatives of the human resources units in the state administration. During the meeting were discussed the main results of the study of training needs conducted in the autumn of 2019. A draft version of the Operational Plan of the Center for 2020under the project "Integrated training for labor market administration and social sphere" was also presented. The meeting was moderated by Ms. Anna Atanasova, Project Consultant. The meeting was also attended by the Head of the Educational Activity Department, Mr. Ivan Bakalov, Ms. Kamelia Petkova, Project Statistician, Ms. Gabriela Nikolova, Project Consultant, responsible for the implementation of the initiatives, Mrs. Lina Kostadinova, and Mrs. Galina Ivanova. Leading institutions conducting trainings on the project took part, including the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Health, the Social Assistance Agency, the Employment Agency, the General Labor Inspectorate and the Agency for People with Disabilities had the opportunity to share their expectations for the upcoming training year. The discussions focused on the benefits of the integrated approach and the new digital forms of training.
