Mentoring in the System of the Employment Agency

The training is designed for employees of managerial and expert positions of „Labour office“ Directorates performing the role of mentors. The Employment Agency (EA) has accumulated many years of good experience in the field of mentoring, which requires systematization and processing, based on current trends in the development of human resources. This can be accomplished by achieving clarity about roles, responsibilities and conditions for mentoring in the units of the EA and regulation of the process of organizing, conducting and evaluating the results. The training is aimed at unifying the practice and application of a single standard of mentoring in the EA by providing effective process of integration of new staff. After completing the training, participants will form a positive attitude and practical skills for effective interaction with recruits and will be able to apply standards for integration of new staff of the EA. Successful graduates will receive certificates.
