PRACTICAL SKILLS FOR COPING WITH STRESS WHEN WORKING WITH CLIENTS
On April 17-18, 2018 at the CHRDRI a training on “Practical Skills for Coping with Stress when Working with Clients” is being conducted. The training aims to familiarize the participants with the essence of stress, the reactions of the individual and the potential harm to the health. During the seminar, the participants will acquire knowledge and skills for effective stress management through time planning. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn different methods and techniques to deal with stress.
The seminar is intended for social workers from the Social Assistance Directorate and employees of the Regional Social assistance Directorates of the Social Assistance Agency whose duties require customer service.
Lecturer of the training is Mrs. Sonya Kamenovska – Master in Psychology and licensed tutor.
Successful graduates of the seminar will be issued a certificate of participation according an established standard of CHRDRI.
