"Increasing The Capacity Of Labour Mediators to Provide Quality Services to Labour Office Directorates Customers"

Employees of expert positions and specialists from the "Labour Office" Directorates of the Employment Agency, whose professional duties are related to recruitment and provision of services, started their training in CHRDRI - Sofia. The theme of the seminar was "Increasing the capacity of labour mediators to provide quality services to Labour office Directorates customers". Lecturer of the two-day training is Mrs. Irina Grigorova, chief of expert in the Employment agency. The seminar participants will gain additional knowledge to analyze the process of customer service. They will become familiar with factors that determine the quality of customer service. At a later stage, labour mediators will get acquainted with consultation of customers - job seekers and liaising with employers who would be interested to take such persons on work. Upon successful completion participants will receive certificates.
