Seminar on Conflict Management was held in Blagoevgrad

A seminar on Conflict Management took place at the Labor Inspectorate Directorate in Blagoevgrad. The aim of the seminar was to raise awareness of conflict behavior strategies and their resolution. It was held at the request of the General Labor Inspectorate Executive Agency.

24 employees from Labor Inspectorate Directorate Blagoevgrad took part in that training. Lecturer of the event was Professor Stoyko Ivanov was invited as speaker at the event. He is a long-term lecturer at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and currently lectures at the Ruse University Angel Kanchev.

For better results the training was interactively organized through presentations on the theme combined with a wide range of psychological tests, practical tasks and role-playing games, which prepared the participants for more effective handling of conflict situations in their daily working environment.
