Our mission is to support the development of a modern social administration, capable to meet the high performance standarts of the EU Member States public service delivery. We invest in human capital and regional cooperation among social sector institutions through a wide range of national and international capacity building initiatives.

For more than fifteen years, the team of the Centre for Human Resource Development and Regional Initiatives aims its efforts at increasing the skills and knowledge of the employed and unemployed persons by applying contemporary training methods.
